NOTES FOR SELLERS.
 

12.18. Investment Management is looking for objects satisfying the following requirements:
  • Objects in unique touristic locations with good infrastructure in Germany, Europe and worldwide
  • Ideally, objects in the 4- and 5-star segment or with the potential to be transformed into a 4- or 5-star object
  • Objects with at least 60 rooms or properties with expansion potential to at least 60 rooms
  • Hotels or resorts with expiring leases and management contracts
  • Owner-managed or operator-free properties
  • Objects with repositioning potential with regards to operations, refurbishment, redevelopment or expansion

    Furthermore, we need the following documents in order to evaluate your offer:
    • Exposé with complete postal address of the object, photos, views & floor plans
    • Site plan of the object
    • Floor overview
    • Financial performance of recent years
    • Legitimation of your mandate by the owner

      Your offer will be thoroughly checked by our experts in strict confidence. If the offer is made by an estate agent, we assume that the owner instructed this and is also remunerated. A brokerage contract is only concluded if it is confirmed by us in written form. Offers without verifiable information, especially without the property’s address, will not be checked.
